Time has passed
It's February 2006 and a long time since I was in Katrina country. It's time probably for me to close down this blog as I'm too far removed from the scene so I will probably not post here again.
However much remains to be done in the disaster areas, many promises made have yet to be fullfilled, and many are still homeless and displaced, so from time to time I might just update the record.
I would like to thank all of you who followed along for your kind words and your support.
Interestingly I had dinner with my ERV buddy Denny last weekend. His son Brian has taken a job with a local Vermont company and he and his wife Merry will be neighbors. We expect to see Denny and his wife Pat here in Vermont. It's a small world.
Over and out!
Peter
